My name is Rocci and I am the owner of The Rocci Tree

We created The Rocci Tree in 2016 to bring together a wonderful group of wellness teachers in Leighton Buzzard.

We started with a few yoga classes a week, now we have classes everyday of the week. We offer yoga classes from Ashtanga to Yin, as well as regular sessions in Pregnancy Yoga, Tai Chi, Parent and Baby classes, Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga for Teens. We have special events throughout the year including First Aid for Parents, Wellness Retreats and Specialist courses.

We are based in a beautiful community hall called The Forster Institute in Linslade, Bedfordshire.
